To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the purchase date.

 

Refund Process:

Return Authorization:
Once your request is received, our team will provide you with instructions and a return authorization if your return is eligible.

 

Return Shipment:
Ship the item back to the address provided in the return authorization. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

 

Inspection and Refund:
Upon receiving the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

 

Refund Exceptions:

Personalized or customized items are not eligible for refunds unless there is a defect or error on our part.
Sale or discounted items are final sale and cannot be refunded.
